1. Classroom Access

Classroom access is granted for 6 months per level from the date of activation.
Each lesson may be viewed up to 3 times during your access period.
Access is available on desktop and mobile devices. Desktop is recommended for the best learning experience.

Your Classroom account is locked to one device.
You may request a device change once every 6 months, with a lifetime maximum of 2 device changes.
To request a device change, contact us on WhatsApp.

Live Practice sessions run Monday to Friday, in groups of 5 to 10 students. Session length: 30 minutes at A1–A2, 45 minutes at B1.
Groups are capped at 10 students.
A batch runs once a minimum of 5 students have enrolled. If a batch does not reach the minimum, enrolled students may choose to join the next starting batch or receive a refund of their Live Practice fee (see §7).
Live Practice durations: A1 — 9 weeks, A2 — 9 weeks, B1 — 10 weeks.

The combined price (Classroom + Live Practice) is available only when both are purchased together in a single transaction.
There are no top-ups or upgrades. If you purchase one course and later wish to add the other, you pay the full standalone price.

If you find your level too difficult, you may switch to a lower level within 1 week of joining the Classroom.
For Live Practice, a level switch additionally requires an open batch at the lower level with seats available.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or UPI. Card and online payment coming soon.
Payment is verified within 4 hours, after which your access details are sent by email or WhatsApp.
All prices listed on the website are final. No hidden charges.

We don't offer refunds once you've enrolled, with two exceptions.

If a Live Practice batch doesn't start, you choose between a seat in the next starting batch or a refund of your Live Practice fee — for combined purchases, that refund is what you paid minus the standalone Classroom price, since your Classroom access continues.
If we fail to deliver your Classroom access as promised, you receive a full refund.
