About the Course
What is Pflege Deutsch?
General German teaches you to order coffee and ask for directions. Pflege Deutsch teaches you to take a patient history, write a care plan, calm a distressed relative, and hand over a shift — in German.
This is a combined B1-B2 course built around the textbook Fokus Deutsch — Erfolgreich in Pflegeberufen. It covers the language of everyday nursing work in Germany: from admission interviews and vital signs documentation to conflict de-escalation and sensitive end-of-life conversations.
By the end, you will not just have a certificate. You will have the vocabulary, the sentence structures, and the confidence to function as a nurse in a German-speaking ward from day one.
